Mount Kinabalu is an active volcano located in Malaysia. It is the highest mountain peak in the country, and the stunning mountain peak in the world. The mountain has an elevation of 4,095 meters (13,435 ft).

Mount Kinabalu was formed by volcanic activity and is considered sacred by local people. It has been a popular tourist destination for climbers since its first climb by British adventurer Alfred Russel Wallace in 1858. The name “Kinabalu” comes from the Iban word “Kina Balu,” which means “Golden Dragon.”

Mount Kinabalu is home to many species of plants and animals, including the Clouded Leopard, orangutans, gibbons, slow loris and orang-utans. Mount Manaslu, Ama Dablam, Everest located in Nepal is also consider as popular mountain in the world.

The Mount Kinabalu climbing routes are considered as one of the most dangerous climbs in Malaysia. These climbs are not for the faint hearted and require a high level of skill, experience and knowledge. The mountain is located in the Sabah state and is covered with dense vegetation.

Although some climbers choose not to make their ascent via conventional paths up Mount Kinabalu, others prefer to take advantage of its numerous hiking trails which allow them to reach the summit without carrying too much gear or food supplies along with them. These trails are open year-round but tend to be busiest during peak tourist season when groups from all over Asia come together on this pilgrimage.

The Mount Kinabalu best climbing season starts in June and lasts until the end of August. During this time, climbers can go up the mountain to explore the natural beauty of the mountain. This is a great way to experience nature and enjoy the beauty of this amazing place!
