Ingredients
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Spicy Salt & Pepper seasoning blend
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- Fresh lemon wedge (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Season the shrimp with the spicy salt & pepper blend. If using olive oil, coat a baking sheet with the oil. If using cooking spray, simply spray the shrimp directly. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until shrimp are pink and slightly charred around the edges. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedge, if desired. Spicy Salt & Pepper Tofu
Ingredients
- Extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
- Spicy Salt & Pepper seasoning blend
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- Fresh lemon wedge (optional)
Instructions
Cut the tofu into about ½” cubes. Season the tofu with the spicy salt & pepper blend. If using olive oil, coat a baking sheet with the oil. If using cooking spray, simply spray the tofu directly. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until tofu is slightly golden in colour. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedge, if desired. Enjoy!
Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts, halved
- Spicy Salt & Pepper seasoning blend
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- Kung Pao sauce (homemade or store bought)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Season the Brussels sprouts with the spicy salt & pepper blend. If using olive oil, coat a baking sheet with the oil. If using cooking spray, simply spray the Brussels sprouts directly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until slightly charred around the edges. Remove from oven and toss with kung pao sauce and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
